Cheese and wine

Aged cheeses you can buy online, each with the wine from this site that suits it best.

Simple rule: the more structure and oak the wine has, the more aged the cheese; very strong blues are better with a fortified wine or a Port. Take the cheese out of the fridge half an hour before.

These cheeses appear on the wine cards, but I do not yet have an affiliate shop that sells them. I will add the link once I do.
