What data we process

This website has no registration forms or comments. We only process the data you voluntarily give us if you email us (name, email address and the content of the message), plus the minimal technical data the hosting provider logs for security (IP address, date and time of access).

Purpose and legal basis

• Answering your enquiries: legal basis, your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).
• Security and running of the site: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, after that, for the statutory limitation periods. The hosting provider's technical logs are kept for a limited period according to the provider's policy.

Recipients and processors

We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), which acts as data processor and may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework). When you click a link to Amazon or a wine shop, you move to that site (and, where applicable, to the affiliate network managing the link, such as Awin or Daisycon), which processes your data according to its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@todoparamisvinos.com, stating the right you are exercising and proving your identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
