Tasting notes

According to Bodeboca: a blend of wines from Quinta dos Malvedos and the Torto valley, aged 10 years in oak casks in Vila Nova de Gaia; amber colour, hazelnut, honey and fig with hints of date and blood orange; smooth, sweet and round, with a long finish. 20% ABV. Serve at 12–16 °C.

Pairing

Nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts), figs and dates, caramel desserts.

Cheese: Aged Manchego and aged Zamorano
