Tasting notes

According to Bodeboca: a blend of several vintages with an average of 20 years of oxidative ageing in 550-litre casks in Vila Nova de Gaia; tile-to-brown colour; dried apricot, toffee, walnut and orange marmalade; powerful and balanced, with a very long finish. 20% ABV. Vivino: 4.3.

Pairing

Walnuts, hazelnuts and raisins; fruit desserts, vanilla or coffee cakes.

Cheese: Aged Idiazábal and aged Manchego
