Tasting notes

From Finca Pradolagar, the estate's own vineyard around its château-style winery. According to the winery (2020 vintage): 74 % Tempranillo, 17 % Garnacha and 9 % Mazuelo, 21 months in French oak barrels no more than 4 years old; fresh fruit, fine spice and well-integrated oak.

Pairing

Grilled red meat, acorn-fed ham and sheep's cheeses (according to the winery).

Cheese: Smoked Idiazábal and Roncal
