A classic from Finca Ygay, in Logroño. 18 months in American oak. According to the shop's sheet: medium-deep ruby; balsamic nose of incense, leather, fennel and cherries; on the palate vanilla, sweet black fruit and a touch of chocolate. 14 % ABV.

Red meat, salt cod pil-pil, ham and sheep's cheese.
