Family vineyards in La Seca planted between 1962 and 1991 and old vines from small growers, on river stones. Fermented in steel, concrete and wooden vats and rested on lees; white fruit, citrus, fennel and aniseed, with Verdejo's typical bitter finish.

Aperitifs, fish, shellfish, rice dishes and white meat (according to the winery).
