Albariño from pre-phylloxera, pergola-trained vines over 200 years old, on a 1.4 ha plot of sandy soil over granite. Cold skin maceration and fermentation on fine lees in steel tanks. Very fruity, floral and mineral, with power and finesse. 2024 vintage: 99 points Tim Atkin. 13% ABV.

Shellfish from the rías, grilled or baked fish, and octopus.
