According to Bodeboca: certified organic since 2006, pergola-trained on granitic «xabre»; spontaneous fermentation in steel and 3 months on fine lees; fresh fruit and mineral hints, vibrant acidity. 12.5% ABV. Vivino (2025 vintage): 4.0.
