Tasting notes

Borsao's most limited Garnacha, at the foot of the Moncayo. According to Bodeboca: hillside vines 35 to 60 years old at 600–700 m on clay-limestone, stony and silty soils; 5 months in new French oak; ripe red fruit, blackberry, plum, leather and vanilla, with sweet, silky tannins. 15.5% ABV. Vivino (2023 vintage): 4.1 (still with few ratings).

Pairing

Braised Ibérico pork cheeks, Ibérico charcuterie, scrambled eggs with morcilla or migas.
