A single-plot wine: 4.1 ha in Laguardia planted in 1989 and 1992, on very chalky loam. The winery describes it as balanced, vibrant and delicate, with clean red fruit and fine-grained tannins.

Suckling pig, chargrilled meat, chorizo and aged cheeses (according to the shop 7DEVI).

Cheese: Aged Idiazábal and aged Manchego
