A 3.64 ha plot in Laguardia, with vines planted in 1930, 1975 and 1988 on limestone. Fine, chalky tannins, vibrant acidity and an elegance you rarely find in Tempranillo.

Roast milk-fed lamb, sirloin, wild mushrooms and truffle.

Cheese: Aged Idiazábal and aged Manchego
