Pago de los Capellanes' flagship white in Valdeorras. According to Bodeboca: old vineyards in Corguiño (Seadur), on granite slopes at 450–490 m; hand-sorted, 4 to 6 hours of pre-fermentation maceration, fermented in stainless steel at 16–18 ºC and 2 months on lees; peach, apple, wild yellow flowers, grapefruit, lemon verbena and fennel; powerful, balanced and creamy, with a persistent finish. 13% ABV. Vivino (2025 vintage): 4.1.
