Tasting notes

Gewürztraminer from the estate's own vineyard at almost 1,000 metres in Cogolludo (Guadalajara): roses, tropical fruit and green apple over a spicy background. Dry, fresh and unctuous, with four months on lees in steel.

Spiced cooking with ginger, lime or clove, mild curry, foie gras, delicate cheeses.
