From Bodegas Bilbaínas' Ederra range (Haro). According to Bodeboca: Rioja Alta vineyards on clay-limestone soils; 18 months in American oak; liquorice, black fruit, a mineral background, spice and vanilla; a soft entry and delicate tannins. 14% ABV. Vivino: 3.8 (2018 vintage; 2020 not yet rated).

Game, roasts, poultry, white meat, charcuterie, Ibérico ham and aged and blue cheeses.
