Vineyards in Fuenmayor (Rioja Alta). According to Bodeboca: vines 25 to 30 years old; at least 16 months in French and American oak plus 20 more in bottle; vanilla and quince; soft, silky and persistent. 13.5% ABV. Vivino (2020 vintage): 3.9.

Pairing

White and red meat and game; roast lamb, pork or beef; poultry; mushrooms; and aged and blue cheeses.
